Refund policy
If you want to return an item for any reason, ship it back to us using the return label provided with your order.
All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt, in their original condition, with original tags. We will not accept products that are washed, ironed, stained, worn or smelling of perfumes, or cigarettes or any other condition that is less than new. Any items received in less than new condition will be returned to the customer.
Please enclose the return form and pack in a plastic bag, either inside the original packaging or something similar.
If you want to exchange the item for something else, please indicate that on the form. You are welcome to email or call us at (434) 293-1800 to make sure we have the item in stock, or can order it for you. We do not require an RA # , but do require that returns are sent within 10 days of receipt of the package.
We do not charge for shipping within the continental U.S., but you are responsible for return shipping charges, including insurance. If the package is received damaged, you will be responsible for all claims.
If you are shipping back a single item, the cheapest method is usually First Class Mail. More than one item, we suggest a Priority Mail Mailer or small carton. USPS Flat Rate boxes will be more expensive.
