We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING within the Continental USA on any orders of $75 or more!

We charge a FLAT RATE of $8.00 on any Orders of $74.99 (and below), if they are shipping within the Continental USA. *Updated March 28, 2022.

All orders ship via USPS (mail). Packages over one pound (2-3 items) ship via USPS Ground Advantage, to arrive within 2-5 business days.

Orders typically ship from our retail store, J. Fenton Too  (Charlottesville, Virginia).  However, we also ship items from our retail store, J. Fenton (Williamsburg, Virginia).  

SHIPPING POLICY FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO CANADA  (updated Sept 2022)

All shipments to Canada are mailed via USPS First Class Mail *International, DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).  **As the Recipient, you are now responsible for the payment of ALL Customs Fees (duties & taxes) owed for your shipment, before receiving your package.  **The carrier will contact you (using the contact information provided on your order) for payment instructions once the Customs fees are calculated, after which your package is cleared for final delivery.

You will be automatically be charged a Shipping Fee of $20 (1-3 items) + approximately $5 more for each additional piece.  Based on the subtotal $ amount of your order, the Shipping Fee is calculated during the checkout process, and reflected in your Order Total, which you may review prior to finalizing your order.  However, we know this is an approximation, so if we find that your postage is less expensive than what you were charged, we will refund the difference back to your original method of payment.  **For Larger orders, over $1,400, Additional shipping fees may apply, and Linen Woman reserves the right to contact you to collect payment prior to shipping your order.  **Please note that Shipping Fees charged on our website are for the cost of Shipping & Handling, and do NOT include any Customs fees (duties & taxes).

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP.

All orders that ship on Sunday will not be picked up by USPS until Monday.
