With a full elastic waist, deep front pockets and a roomy leg that hits above the ankle, this is the FLAX "staple" pant.

Around for years and featured in many collections, the flood pant is a customer favorite for versatility, ease and comfort.

This is the pant you will want in every color, in every weight to wear every single day.

*Please note - the model pictured is approximately 5'9 -  the pant typically falls no more than a few inches above the ankle (for most.)

To view our entire collection of Floods, click on Pants, and then click on Floods.

We order a large inventory of Floods, as they never go out of date, and many of our customers like to be able to order colors from previous collections. Prices will vary depending on the fabric.

Floods are available in about 20 different colors.

Go to the search bar and type in FLOODS to see all the colors that are available.

You will always need to downsize at least one size from what you are used to. If you think of yourself as a medium, try a small. I’m a size 14 and I almost always wear a small! But if the item is cut on the bias, I will be a medium. Watch our sizing video below for more tips.

Please, feel free to email or call us, and we will help you to figure out the right size and the right shape.
