This striking sleeveless button-down blouse,  available in Petite,  is woven in a Fleur-de-Lis specialty linen fabric, with a stand up collar and a beautiful tie closure, with shaping seams (on the front and back), to define the bust and waist.  A Tailored fit, landing on the hip, with a slight curve in the hemline.

Steel is primarily  grey with  blue tones.
