The Garden Party Dress boasts a scoop neckline and front/back center seam detail. With handy side pockets and a comfortable A-line shape that hits above the knee, it features slightly shorter short-sleeves than usual FLAX styles (but not quite as short as a cap sleeve).
As shown, you can wear it on it's own, or layer it over a pair of wide-leg SOCIABLE FLOODS or LEGGINGS.
